情報システム研究の動向とその文化環境特性についての一考察

Abstract	社会における情報基盤の重要性が高まるにつれ、情報システム研究は国際的に活況を呈している。しかし、我が国においては情報システムの基盤を成す情報処理技術やその適用方法についての開発研究は盛んになされているものの、肝心の情報システム研究は活況とはいえず、むしろ減少傾向にあるようにさえ感じられる。それは情報システムを自然に捉え受け入れられる我が国の文化環境特性に起因していると考えられ、それ故にこの特性は議論される研究テーマの傾向だけでなく、研究視点の動向にも如実に表れると考えられる。本論文では、約10年間に亘る経営情報学会全国研究大会での発表を分析し、その傾向や動向を通して我が国の文化環境特性について考察する。
	Information system researches are internationally very active as the importance of the information infrastructure in society increases. In Japan, the research and development about the information processing technologies and these applications, which are the functional mechanisms of information systems, are also very active. However, we feel that the important information system researches are inactive or even decreasing. We think that the feature of the Japanese cultural environment causes this situation and it appears not only in the tendency of the research subjects, but also in the trend of the research viewpoints. In this paper, the feature of the Japanese cultural environment is discussed based on the analysis of the research papers of JASMIN conferences for 1 decade.
