| Abstract |
伝統的に組織のITインターフェイスの動的適応は、組織の環境または競争条件の変化への対応の文脈で議論されてきた。そこでは、経営環境はIT基盤より速く変化すると仮定されてきた。したがって、取り上げられてきた論点は、柔軟な情報システムやコンポウネント化など、IT側の適応を考えてきた。しかし、最近はITの進化が加速しており、対応して、ITが担うべき仕事の範囲が拡張してきている。その結果、組織側の適応が喫緊の関心事となりつつある。本稿は、動的適応の問題を全域的に俯瞰し、研究の枠組を提示する。 |

| Traditionally, the dynamic adaption of IT interface has been discussed in the context of reaction against the change in organisation's environmental and/or competitive condition. Assumption there has been that the managerial environment changed faster the that of IT infrastructure. ?Hence, the topics covered have been directed towards the adaptation on the IT side, such as flexible information systems and componentisation. With recent accelerated development of IT, however, the areas of works usefully born by IT has been expanding accordingly. Consequently, the adaption by the organisation has been becoming an urgent concern. The article reviews the global issues of dynamic adaptation and postulates a framework for researches into them. | |
