透析高齢者のための介護施設整備設立プロジェクト
～行き場のない透析高齢者の受け皿「腎幸Life」をつくる～

| Abstract | 生活習慣病等の理由により、糖尿病が増加し人工透析を受ける患者が増加している。しかし、その患者を受け入れる介護施設が少ない。本研究は、行き場のない透析高齢者のための受け皿を考える。文献調査では、透析の技術改良の歴史的背景や高齢者のQOLと老年学等の先行研究の状況をまとめた。聞き取り調査では、透析関係者の構造を明らかにし、仮説以外の領域にある現象、少数派の声等の情報に着目した。その結果、透析患者を取り巻く環境は、治療視点が多く、患者のQOLについて考えられていない現状があった。そこから、サービスの受益者、サービス提供内容、収支シミュレーションの3つの視点から対応策を考察する。 |

| Dialysis patients is increasing, because Lifestyle-related diseases is increasing. But Care facility which can accept the patient is less. This study's purpose is thinking acceptance for dialysis elderly with no place to go. In literature survey, I summarize the status of the previous studies. The previous studies are background of the technical improvement, gerontology, and QOL of elderly. In interviews, to clarify the structure of the stakeholders, I focus on the information of phenomenon in the region of the hypothesis other than, the voice of the minority. As a result, environment surrounding patients is a current situation that was not considered about QOL. I think countermeasures from the point of view, beneficiaries of the service, service offerings, balance of simulation. | |
