「現場研究＝起業実践・事業開発」の方法論
―光産業創成大学院大学の活動現場から、その理論と実践―

| Abstract |
昨今地域経済の活性化を図るため起業支援・産学連携による事業創造が期待されている。これまで多くの世界的企業を輩出してきた浜松市にある、光産業創成大学院大学は博士号を持つ起業家の育成・輩出を主眼とする博士後期課程のみのユニークな大学院大学である。 本稿では、同大学が取り組む「現場研究＝起業実践・事業開発」の教育活動に関する方法論について論じる。その際に鍵概念となる「言語経営」に関わる諸理論と、独自に開発した様々な実践的手法を議論する。また、現在起業あるいは事業開発を実践する同大学学生による現場研究＝ビジネス実務に関する実際の事例を概観する。 |

Business creation by entrepreneurial support and industry-university cooperation is expected to revitalize the local economy today. The Graduate School for the Creation of New Photonics Industries (GPI) is located in Hamamatsu where a lot of global companies were established until today. GPI is a unique school only with doctoral course focusing on educating entrepreneurs with a PhD. In this paper, we discuss the methodology related to educational activities of "field research = entrepreneurial practice and business development" by GPI. We describe the theories concerning the key concept "linguistic management" and practical methods that have been developed independently. In addition, we overview the actual cases of field researches = business practices by the doctoral candidates who practice business development or start a business. |
