技術開発行為における組織間協働のあり方についての一考察
－創発的ビジネスフィールドリサーチの適用－

| Abstract | 技術開発行為における組織間協働は、各組織文化（案件の優先度、技術の認識度など）の相違によってスムーズに進展しない。摺合せのために専門の組織構築が必要となるが、成功を暗黙に前提としているため、技術開発が成功するかわからない不確実性の高い分野では協働による技術開発行為の開始に躊躇し、両組織が互いに持つ技術の融合によるイノベーションが生まれにくい。アングラ研究は解決策の一つであるが、主業務との時間配分調整などマネジメントの問題がある。本研究では、研究開発型企業A社において、実務者である筆者が研究者として現場に関与することで、新技術を生みやすい協働のあり方について調査し、考察を行う。 |

| The new technology development activity with the collaboration between organizations does not progress smoothly because of differences in each organization's culture (e.g. priority for the project, or knowledge level for the technique). It is necessary to construct a specialized organization for the adjustment of the organization's culture. However, because success is tacitly demanded from the specialized organization, the proposer might hesitate about suggesting the new collaborative technology development theme that success is uncertain. So the innovation by the fusion of the technique that both organizations have each other is hard to emerge in such situation. In this study, by means of the emergent business field research, we investigate a new way of the collaboration that is easy to produce a new technology in a certain company. | |
