| Abstract | 資源ベース論は、価値があり希少で模倣困難な資源が持続的な競争力の差をもたらすことを示した理論である。ただし、企業は多数の資源を保有しているため、単独の資源から競争優位がもたらされるというより、複数の資源の組み合わせを通じて優位性がもたらされると考えるのが自然である。事例の考察をもとに、資源の結合をもたらす「仕組」の役割と、経営環境の変化に対する仕組内の資源の再構成の視点から、持続的競争優位に対する研究仮説を提示する。 |

| The resource-based view of the firm is the theory explains that the valuable, rare and inimitable firm resource generate sustainable competitive advantage. In generally a firm has many resources, so it is natural to firm's competitive advantage brings not by a resource, but by combination of resources. Through a case study, I propose a research hypothesis of resources connection “mechanism" and reconfiguration of resources connection in the mechanism to environmental changes. | |
