経営管理ツールとしてのフレームワークの有効性について

Abstract	「経営管理活動」とは、企業活動を円滑に行い、かつ企業活動の効率性と質を高めるために必要であり、PDCAサイクルで改善による高度化を図るものである。管理手法として、財務数値にて判断する管理会計や、BSCによる達成目標と成果の管理、ベンチマーク、経営監査による問題発見等の手法が既に存在するが、経営活動の夫々をベストプラクティスとしてフレームワーク化し、それとの差異を点検・改善していくこともひとつの管理手法にならないだろうか。今回はITの活動のベストプラクティスであるCOBIT5フレームワークを取り上げ、COBIT5によってITの諸活動の評価と改善を行う手法をもとに、フレームワークによる経営管理手法の可能性を探ることとする。
	“The management activity " is necessary to improve the quality and efficiency of business activities, which is intended to achieve the sophistication by PDCA activities. There management techniques exist, such as, accounting management to determine at financial figures, target and results management by BSC, benchmark, and method of problem identification by audit. But also framework must be one of the management tequnics, each activity should have a best practice, by it we can check the difference from present status and take countermeasures. This time I will pick up the COBIT5 framework, which is the best practice of IT area, its method to make evaluation and improvements of the activities of IT by COBIT5, to explore the possibility of management control methods by the framework.
