宮城県の中小水産加工業でのIT活用推進

Abstract 宮城県の中小水産加工業でのIT活用を推進し地域経済活性化を実現するために、水産加工業８社のIT活用を調査した。各社ともIT導入意欲は高く会計システム等は使われているが、製造等の基幹業務へのIT導入事例は少ない。この理由は以下のとおりである。(1)経営者がITシステムのユーザかつ導入決定者であるため、システムの適合性分析や選定、運用の時間が取れない。(2)ITシステムの有効性や導入効果に関する情報が不足し必要性を感じない。(3)大企業向けに設計されたパッケージは機能・非機能要件が合わない。特に前提となるマスタデータの量やユーザビリティに課題がある。以上を解決することで中小企業のIT導入が進むと考える。
In order to promote IT practical use by the minor marine products processing industries of Miyagi Prefecture, IT practical use situation was investigated.
Although IT introduction volition is as high as each company, there are few examples of IT introduction to a mission-critical task.
This reason is as follows.
Since a manager is the user and the introductory determination person of IT system, time of system selection or employment cannot be taken.
The information about the introductory effect of IT system runs short, and it does not feel necessity.
Neither functional requirements nor non-functioning requirements suit a commercial package.
I think that IT introduction of small and medium-sized enterprises progresses by solving the above problem.
