ＯＳＳ導入評価における経営リソースを考慮した構造化マップの提案

Abstract ソフトウェア開発におけるオープンソースソフトウェア(OSS)の導入に当たっては，コストや期間を短縮できる利点と，知財権を主張できなくなる等の欠点の双方を考慮し，意思決定を行う必要がある．考慮すべき点は，市場競争力，知財戦略，開発投資，人材スキル，アライアンス，事業戦略など多岐に渡る．また，それぞれの考慮点は独立事象ではなく，複雑に絡まり合っている可能性がある．
筆者らは，前回の発表にて，OSS導入評価の軸と要因を提案し，軸内の要因の考察順序を例示した．本研究では，意思決定者の立場や優先度によりケースバイケースである軸間の関係を整理し，経営リソースを考慮した構造化マップにより意思決定手順を明確化できるかを試行する．
Adopting Open Source Software (OSS) in software development process requires crucial decision making from the various aspects, including business, technology, intellectual property managements, which are not mutually independent but could have a complex set of relationships.
Our previous study had proposed the evaluation axes and elements in adopting OSS, and analyzed an appraisal order of those elements within each axis. This research has studied the structured evaluation criterion map that is to break down the relation of the evaluation axes in consideration of the management resources, and attempted to clarify the decision making criterion.
