Abstract | 競争優位な製品を開発するためには,顧客の要求を満たすのに重要な品質要素を選択し,それを満足する水準を設定しなければならない.しかし,競合製品に異なる品種の製品が含まれる場合には,値が得られない品質要素が含まれることがある.こうした場合に重要な品質要素を絞り込み,達成すべき水準を求める方法は提案されていない.本研究の目的は,異なる品種の製品が競合する場合に顧客の要求を表現するような品質要素の集合と選好ルールを求める方法を提案することである.本研究では,異なる品種を含む場合の品質要素の選択に欠損値を含んだ場合の近傍ラフ集合を適用し,選好ルールの導出に決定木などを適用する方法を提案する. |

To develop competitive products, we have to select important quality elements and set levels for satisfying customer needs. However, quality elements whose values can not be obtained may exist in the case different kinds of products are included. A method for identifying important quality elements and determining levels to achieve in such a situation has not been proposed. The aim of the study is to propose a method for obtaining a set of quality elements and preference rules that represents customer needs when different kinds of products are competing. In this research, we proposed a method in which neighborhood rough sets are applied to selecting quality elements with missing values and classification algorithms such as decision trees are applied to extracting preference rules. | |
