PBL教育を通じたコミュニケーション・スキルの向上に関する考察

| Abstract | 近年の日本における大学教育ではPBL（Project-Based-Learning）が盛んになってきている。その狙いとして、課題解決型の人材育成のニーズが高まっていることと、集団での作業経験を学生にさせることがある。本研究では、PBLのPが「Project」であることに焦点をあて、他人との協働を通してコミュニケーション・スキルがどのように向上したかをアンケート結果および、インタビューを通じて得た結果を基に考察する。アンケートの結果として、集団学習の経験が抱負な学生は他者との自己開示や他者との積極的な関わりと得意としている傾向にあることが分かった。 |

| In recent Japan, PBL (Project-Based-Learning / Problem Solving-Based-Learning) is becoming more popular in university education. As its reason, the need for problem-solving skill is required strongly, and additionally, the work experience with others is also required to students. In this study, we focused on “P" of the PBL is "Project". We analyzed the questionnaire and interviews whether the communication skills have changed through cooperation with others. As a result of the survey, we found that there is a tendency that the collective learning experience students are adept and aggressive involvement with self-disclosure and others with others. | |
