| Abstract | 地震や津波や風水害などの大規模災害からの地域の復興にあたっては、被災地の中小企業の支援が不可欠である。本稿では、東日本大震災の被災地である東北３県での中小企業の復興を東北復興認証マークと東北復興支援取引サイトによって支援しようとする我々の研究を事例として、その研究の一環として行った4,000人規模の消費・購買意識に関する全国ウェブ調査の結果に基づき、官民共働のICTを活用した被災地復興支援の可能性について報告する。 |

| A possibility of ICT driven reconstruction support of small and medium-sized enterprises in a region struck by a large scale disaster such as earthquake, tsunami and flood is proposed and testified. Especially, possibilities of an approval mark for "Tohoku Reconstruction Product" and a portal site named "Communication Site to Share Aspiration of Tohoku Disaster Area SMEs -B2C Exhange for Tohoku Reconstruction Support" are examined by a nation wide web-based questionnaire survey conducted in 2015. | |
