| Abstract | 「機械と共に競争」せねばならない時代に入りつつある現在、IT投資と組織能力との関係を究明することは急務である。組織能力はIT投資がリターンを生むための媒介変数だとする説や、IT投資が組織能力を増加させるという説などが（一部は実証デイタに基づいて）説かれるが、IT投資と組織能力の関係に関する全体像は、説得力に欠け、予断的なものに留まる。本稿は、この関係に関する関連文献を概観して、諸モデルの構造化を試み、研究方向について省察する。 |

| In the time when we must “compete with the machine", it is essential to investigate the relationship between IT investment and organisational capabilities. Although there are views such as that the organisational capabilities are mediating variable for IT investment to make a positive return, that IT investment directly augments the organisational capabilities, and others, with partial evidences, the whole picture remains not convincing enough and speculative. The article reviews available literature on the relationship, tries to structure various models, and explores on the possible direction of research efforts. | |
