石巻市におけるオープンデータ政策の現状と課題

| Abstract | 平成23年3月11日に東日本大震災が発生してから4年半が経過した。被災地では、復興に向けた取り組みがなされてはいるものの、復興への道のりは依然として厳しい。しかし、震災復興の観点から、政府などによる情報公開の取り組みである「オープンデータ」が注目され、石巻市においてもオープンデータが推進され始めている。そこで本研究では、大震災発生後の石巻市のオープンデータ政策に焦点を当て、石巻市におけるオープンデータの現状と課題について紹介する。 |

| Two years have passed after the Great East Japan Earthquake occurred on March 11, 2011. There are much people who are continuing still severe refuge life, and the way to revival is still severe. But, from a viewpoint of earthquake disaster revival, "Open Data" attracts attention as part of the information disclosure by governments and public institutions in Ishinomaki City.
