| Abstract |
本研究は、現在の我が国の課題である、人口減少・高齢化下での環境・資源問題や災害リスクに直面する成熟経済の持続可能性に焦点をあて、目下国際標準化が進められている、スマートシティの持続可能な開発のための実施手法（＝参照アーキテクチャモデル）を構築することを目的とする。 本実施モデル構築にあたっては、国際連合等が提供する、環境、経済、社会を統合的に向上させる評価指標である、包括的富指標 (Inclusive Wealth Index:IWI)や持続可能な開発目標(Sustainable Development Goals: SDGs)を活用する。 |

This study is the current Japan's challenge, focus on sustainability of mature economy in the face of environmental and resource issues and disaster risk under declining population and aging. This study aimes to propose a method of imprementation (i.e., reference architecture model) for sustainable development on the smart cities, that international standarzation is ongoing. To build this imprementation model, We use the Inclusive Wealth Index(IWI) and the Sustainable Development Goals(SDGs), that is provided by the United Nations et al. This Index is a structured indicator system to carry out integrated evaluation of environment, economic, social, and sustainability. |
