| Abstract | 近年，欧米の経営組織論において，ディスコース研究が大きな展開を見せている。本研究部会セッションでは，そうした潮流を踏まえ，組織ディスコース研究についての以下の４つの研究報告を行なう。(1)「組織ディスコース研究再考：テクスト，コンテクスト，関係性」(清宮 徹），(2)「ディスコース実証研究者の身体」(林 成光)，(3)「『語り』論が拓く現場研究と実践の未来：組織ディスコース的循環の時間性と志向性」(増田 靖)，(4)「語りが組織を生成する：ナラティヴ・アプローチとしての組織ディスコース」(宇田川 元一)。 |

In recent years, in the organizational theory of Western, organizational discourse studies are showing a large deployment. In this session, based on those trends, we make the following four research presentations about organizational discourse studies.
