金融情報システムのリスクガバナンスと新開発手法やクラウド技術

| Abstract | 社会インフラとして重要性を増す我が国金融機関の情報システム（金融情報システム）に関して、競争優位を実現するには、リスクガバナンスの6観点が重要である。6観点とは、経営トップのコミットメントと支援、組織体制とITガバナンス、ITリスクマネジメント、拡張性一貫性確保、要件定義最適化、品質重視の仕組構築である。一方で、従来のウォーターフォール型のプロジェクト開発や、オンプレミス型のシステム保有形態に対して、アジャイル型開発に代表される非ウォーターフォール型開発やクラウド技術が、利用されるようになってきている。本報告では、新開発手法やクラウド技術とリスクガバナンスの6観点との関係について考察する。 |

Six viewpoints about the risk governance are important to realize competition predominance about information systems of Japanese financial institution (financial information systems)adding to importance as social infrastructure. Six viewpoints are commitment and support of the top management, the organizational system and governance for IT, IT risk management, securing of extensibility consistency, definition of requirements optimization, quality-oriented systems. On the other hand, agile type or non-waterfall type development and cloud technology represented for the project development of the conventional waterfall type and on premise type comes to be used. In this report, I consider new development technique and cloud technology and the relations with six viewpoints of the risk governance. |
