医療情報が患者の医療機関選択に与える影響分析

Abstract 「医療の質」に関する情報を一般に公開することの患者の受療行動への影響に関する先行研究の知見には，「限定的であること」，「属性や医療制度が強く影響すること」，「単なるデータの公開は不十分」などが指摘されている．「医療の質」といった情報が患者の受療行動に及ぼす影響に関しては，多方面の観点からの具体的な検討が必要となろう．
本研究は，階層分析法（AHP）を用いて，患者が「医療の質」を医療機関の選定にどの程度重視するかという点に関して，実証的な検証を試みる．さらに居住地域から社会属性を推定することを可能とする社会地区類型システムを用いることにより，患者の属性を反映した，AHPとして，より高い水準の一般化を試みる．
It can't be said that knowledge about influence to patient's behavior to open the public about "the quality of the medical treatment" is consistent for us. We get comments that that information is determinative, the attribute and medical care system influence hard and it is not sufficient that data opening to the public. It's based on the former political point in dispute of medical information's on our country opening it. Consideration in detail from various point of view will be needed us. We use Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) for this research. And we construct the Society area type system that to presume the social attribute from a residential area.
