環境変化に対する資源の安定性と柔軟性についての考察
資源の結合パターンを通じた資源ベース論、ダイナミックケイパビリティ論の再考

| Abstract | 資源ベース論は、価値あり希少な資源が模倣困難な時、競争力が持続することを示した理論である。対して、ダイナミックケイパビリティ論は、急速に変化する環境においては、自社の持つ資源ベースを再構築していかなくては競争力を維持することが難しくなることを述べている。ここで獲得に時間がかかり安定性が求められる資源ベースという考え方と環境変化に追従して変化していく資源ベースという考え方に矛盾が生ずる。本研究では、事例研究で得られた資源の結合の３つのパターンの考察を通じて、両理論が両立することを示していきたい。 |

| The resource-based view is the theory which explain that the valuable, rare and inimitable firm's resources lead to sustainable competitive advantage. On the other hand, the dynamic capabilities theory explain that a firm needs to reconfigure their resource-bases flexibly in the rapidly changing environment to sustain competitive advantage. These theories has contradicting view, stability and flexibility. This study binds these contradicting views with resource connecting patterns. | |
