事例を活用した業務改善ノウハウの共有技術

| Abstract | 多くの企業は，競争環境の激化等によりコスト削減や売上拡大につながる業務改善の実施が求められている．業務を改善するためには，現状の業務を適切に分析する必要があり，費用対効果の大きい業務改善には様々な知識やノウハウが必要になっている．本研究では，業務改善の経験的なノウハウを業務改善の専門家ではない初心者が参考にできるよう，ベテランのノウハウを抽出する手法を確立する．既存の認知工学におけるタスク分析技術を業務改善に必要なノウハウを明確化することによって修正・拡張したノウハウ抽出手法をもとに業務改善事例の作成を行う． |
