| Abstract | ITとAIの進歩に伴い、仕事やコミュニケイションのディジタル化は勢いを増してきていて、社会・雇用・仕事・人間関係・私生活など我々を取り巻く世界が急速に変容しつつある。当学会では、人間とコンピュータとの最適な仕事の分担や熟練の維持など、これらのトレンドにまつわる喫緊の課題を研究して成果を広く社会に問うべく、本テーマの特設研究部会を設置した。このセッションは、最初の中間報告となる。研究方向についての概観（平野）、関連の既存研究のレヴュー（小川）、ワークスペイスへのインパクト（齊藤・平野）、IT投資の評価（遠藤・田辺）、多国籍企業における人事管理への応用（潜道・平野）と、登壇者によるパネル討論を行う。 |

| With development in IT and AI, more works and communication have been rapidly digitised, which has been drastically transforming our world: our private lives, social relations, work and employments as well as the society in general. JASMIN established the “SIG Man-Machine Integration" to study urgent issues deriving from this trend, such as dynamic division of labour between man and machine or skill maintenance under work digitisation, and to share the insights with the society. The first interim report consists of a position paper (Hirano), a review of relevant researches (Ogawa), possible impacts on the work spaces (Saito and Hirano), evaluation of IT investments (Endo and Tanabe), and applicabilities to HRM of MNCs (Sendo and Hirano), followed by panel discussion by the presenters. | |
