コミュニケーション活性化を意図するタブレットPC教室の設計と分析

| Abstract | 本稿では，被災地における仮設住宅での孤立化などに対して，住民の学習者間でのコミュニケーション活性化により状況の改善を試みる．既存のコミュニケーション構造とは異なるコミュニケーションを実現するために，多様な参加者が関心を持ちうるタブレットPC教室を企画した．コミュニケーション用途に特化した教室の設計として，教室での学習内容，事後学習内容，指導者の関わり方などを規定した．2015年11月から2016年1月にかけて，5回連続の教室として15名を対象として実践した．本稿では，学習者のスキル変化，意識変化，コミュニケーションの変化の観点から分析結果を報告する． |

| We propose an approach to isolation problems in temporary housing, the approach for facilitating the online/offline communication between the resident learners. To establish a new communication network, we provided a tablet PC course that attracts diversified participants' interest. We designed the tablet PC course as a communication-centric one. We defined a curriculum of the course, assignments, lecturer's guidelines on how to teach and support the learners. A preliminary practice for 15 participants was carried out from November 2015 through January 2016. In this paper, we give a report on the results of the analysis: changes in learner's skill of ICT, changes in learner's attitude toward the use of tablet PCs, and changes in offline/online communication networks. | |
