| Abstract | 総務省が推進している自治体クラウドは平成２９年１月時点で５６グループが成立し、それぞれがコスト削減メリットなどを享受している。その一方で検討は進めたものの最終的に自治体クラウドに至らなかったグループも相当数存在する。また、成立したグループの中にも構成団体数や参加率（参加団体数／当初見込んだ参加団体数）に差があり、あわせて推進組織や会議体、協議の進め方にも差があることが分かった。この進め方と自治体クラウドの成立／非成立、参加団体数、率との間の相関関係を本研究では明らかにする。 |

| As for THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT CLOUD which Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications promotes, 56 groups are formed, and each enjoys cost cut merits. On the other hand, the group which did not reach THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT CLOUD exists in a considerable number. In addition, there was a difference to a number of the constitution groups and participation rate in the formed group, and a promotion organization and a meeting body, process of discussion knew that there was a difference in total. I clarify this process and establishment / non-establishment of the local government cloud, number of the participation groups, correlation between the rate in this study. | |
