Abstract	これまで中小企業とＩＴ経営の分野で、東日本大震災の影響について考察されてこなかった。本報告では震災のあった宮城で活躍している中小企業の事例報告にもとづいてIT経営の成功要因、震災による影響、課題を検討する。まず、企業担当者より、IT活用に至る経緯、IT活用の概要、成果、課題を報告する。次に、事例報告者と研究会メンバーにより、意見交換を行う。成果として、中小企業のIT経営の成功要因、震災による影響、課題解決の示唆が得られる。
	Prior research about small and medium-sized firms and IT management have not considered if the Great East Japan Earthquake affect or not. This report considers the success factors, affection by the earthquake, problem based on cases of applying IT to firms of Miyagi prefecture where the Great East Japan Earthquake occurred. Firstly presenters from the firms report about processes to IT application, summaries of the IT application, results, and problems. Secondly the participants of this study group exchange views on finding about their reports with presenters. As a result of this report, suggestions about success factors of IT management, affection by the earthquake and problem-solving will be obtained.
