| Abstract | 店舗内購買行動分析では、購買履歴データと実店舗内での顧客の巡回行動ログを統合して分析することで、購買には至らないものの、顧客がある商品に対して持っている関心などを明確化することができる。そのため消費者の購買心理に関して、より踏み込んだ分析を行うことが可能になる。本研究では、顧客の巡回行動ログを取得するために、店舗にBluetoothビーコンを設置し、顧客がスマートデバイスを携帯して買い物を行う状況を想定する。顧客に見立てた自動走行ロボットに受信機を搭載して、複数地点での時系列ログデータを取得し、このデータから移動位置を推定する方法を提案する。実験から得られたデータによる推定を行い、推定結果を評価する。 |

| To clarify consumer behavior in more detail, it is important to grasp customer interests in purchasing. To do so, it is useful to analyze both ID-POS data and the data of customer's moving log in store simultaneously, and it is needed that the log data is collected easily and precisely. In this paper, we propose an estimation method utilizing time series data of received signal strength indicator between BLE beacon and smart device. It can be thought that such the data is similar to the customer's moving log data. From our experiments, we collect several log data and estimate moving location from the data. | |
