電子自治体の進展の現状と課題

| Abstract | わが国の電子自治体の実現構想に対して，その実現がなかなか進まない現状を打破すべく，総務省の「地方行政サービス改革の取組状況等に関する調査」(平成28年３月25日公表）と「地方公共団体における行政情報化の推進状況調査結果」(平成28年３月28日公表）に基づき，総務省統計局による「統計でみる市区町村のすがた」のデータも利用して、自治体の規模や財政状況などとの関連から、電子自治体の進展の状況の現状と課題を把握することを試みる． |

In order to make a breakthrough in stagnant e-local government movement in Japan, we did some preliminary analyses on current status and disturbing factors against e-local government and Business Process Re-engineering in local government by utilizing micro-data from "Survey on Current Status of Wrestling with Reform of Local Governments' Service" conducted by Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications in fiscal year 2016. |
