高度情報通信ネットワーク社会の形成に関する予算の推移

| Abstract | 2001年1月、内閣に高度情報通信ネットワーク社会推進戦略本部(IT戦略本部)が設置された。以後、このIT戦略本部が中心となり日本の情報通信技術政策が展開されている。2013年には、IT戦略本部はIT総合戦略本部に名称変更され、その役割もより省庁横断的な戦略の取りまとめに変更された。本研究は、IT戦略会議およびにIT総合戦略本部に関して、「高度情報通信ネットワーク社会の形成に関する予算」として公表されている予算情報を分析する。2001年から現在に至るまで、組織の名称変更だけではなく、政権交代などの変化も経ている。そのような時間的変遷の中での政府のITに関する予算の推移を確認するのである。 |

| In January 2001, the Cabinet established the Strategic Headquarters for Promotion of Advanced Information and Telecommunications Network Society (IT Strategy Headquarters). Since then, this information strategy headquarters has been centered on Japan's ICT policy. In 2013, the IT Strategy Headquarters was renamed to the IT Comprehensive Strategy Headquarters, and its role was changed to form a cross-ministerial strategy. This research analyzes budget information published as "Budget on formation of advanced information and communication network society" for those headquarters. From 2001 to the present, not only the name change of the organization, but also changes such as the change of regime has taken place. Within such a temporal transition, we confirm the trend of the existence of the budget. | |
