地方自治情報管理概要の時系列分析から見た課題

| Abstract | わが国の電子自治体の実現構想に対して，その実現がなかなか進まない現状を打破すべく，総務省が毎年実施してオープンデータとして公開している「地方公共団体における行政情報化の推進状況調査結果」(地方自治情報管理概要）のデータを利用して時系列分析を行うことから，我が国の電子自治体の進展がどのように進んできたかを明らかにして，課題を把握することを試みる． |

In order to make a breakthrough in stagnant e-local government movement in Japan, we did some preliminary time series analysis on development and disturbing factors against e-local government by utilizing micro-data from "Survey on Development of Informatization in Local Governments" conducted by Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications since fiscal year 2009. |
