地域自立と首都圏日常食供給

| Abstract | 農業の成長産業化に向けて農業競争力強化が国家施策の柱になっている。農業は国家の複合的責務であり、国内日常食の安定供給と同時に国土・環境・文化の保全と一体性をもつ。農産経済振興はこれらの一側面を構成する概念群である。我が国は人口減少と農産地居住の著減を見通し、農用地は区画拡大と汎用化のもと永代資産の利活用を求められる。地方都市は農産至近の本来性に向かう可能性があり、域外向け量産には別途、再編議論がある。東北B県は豪雪と共生し出稼ぎから地元兼業の変転を経て、異業種複合の農の関与が県勢維持に貢献している。現在状況について情報収集と考察を行いたい。 |

| Now Agri-Business Competitiveness would be seen a critical factor to develop Agri- Industrialization. Agriculture is sovereign duty for sustainable land, environment and general tradition as well as daily food availability, partly supported by monetary system. Our country population is discriminating especially in rural areas. Farmland will get more efficient use still in heritage systems. We expect local cities to keep naturality somehow, fed by own rich products. Then in the metropolis we see another matter of mass supply. I study various recent aspects in Tohoku B Prefecture to argue these points. | |
