地域情報ポータルから見た地方創生の方向性に関する一考察

| Abstract |
2008年に日本の人口は減少に転じ、近い将来、地方都市を維持すること自体が困難になると懸念されており、官民一体となった仕事と人の好循環や、それを支える都市の活性化が求められている。 本研究では、地理的な独立性が高い政令指定都市・浜松市を事例に、地域経済分析から都市としての特徴を整理する。また、同市を中心とした遠州地方の地域情報ポータル「はまぞう」に投稿された記事のテキストマイニングをおこない、地域作りに関する住民ニーズを把握すると共に、新たな人流の創出に向けた提言をおこなう。 |

Japan has over 800 cities at risk of disappearing, because its population entered into a decreasing phase from 2008. Thus, an integrated approach from national and private organizations is needed for an overcoming population decline and a vitalizing local economy. This research had a regional economy society analysis for underscoring key points about revitalizing regional economy in Hamamatsu. Based on this approach, the next approach was a case study of a local community platform “HamaZo" by a text mining. Local cities will be able to extract effective measures reflected the characteristics in the regions. |
