| Abstract |
高齢化が急激に進む日本においては、今後、介護サービスの利用者が増えることが予想される。また、民間営利企業が介護サービス市場に参入することにより、利用者の選択肢拡大、利便性向上につながることが期待される。 ただし、利用者に質の高いサービスが提供されるためには、介護事業者における体制整備が重要である。介護業務に関しては質に関する研究は数多くみられるが、効率化に着目した研究はまだ多くない。本研究で効率化モデルが示されることにより、介護業務を手掛ける企業等が効率化を進める際の手がかりにできることに意義があると考える。 |
