| Abstract | 日本政府は、オープンデータ施策の一環として、データカタログサイト「Data.go.jp」を開設・運営しており、約1万7千のデータセットが公開されている。このサイトに対して、意見や質問を送る機能が提供されており、それらに対する回答も公開されている。本研究は、「Data.go.jp」において公開されている「意見・回答公開コーナー」に関する事例分析を行う。これを通して、政府がオープンデータを推進することにつき、その可能性や課題を議論する。 |

| As part of the open data policy, the Japanese government has established and operated a data catalog site "Data.go.jp", and about 17 thousand data sets have been released. A function to send opinions and questions is provided to this site, and responses to them are also released. In this research, we conduct a case analysis on the "Opinion · Answer release corner" shown in "Data.go.jp". Through this analysis, we discuss the possibilities and challenges for the government to promote open data. | |
