キャッシュレス化が経済活動に与える影響に関する時系列分析

Abstract

政府は「フィンテックの推進」を新しい成長戦略分野とし、フィンテックを用いたキャッシュレス化を推進しようとしている。ヨーロッパの一部の地域を対象とした分析からキャッシュレス化の推進が長期的に経済成長率に正に寄与することが判明している(Tee and Ong[2016])。本研究は、キャッシュレス化の推進が経済活動にどのような影響を与えるのか、時系列分析の手法を用いて分析することを目的としている。既存研究では、キャッスレス化が十分進んでいない国のみを用いた分析になっている。本研究では、分析対象国にキャッシュレス化が進んでいる国を含めることによって、キャッシュレス化と経済活動との間に安定的な因果関係があるのかを分析する。

The government intends to promote "cashless" with "promotion of FinTech" as a new growth strategy field. It has been found that the promotion of cashless from the analysis targeting a part of Europe has a positive contribution to economic growth rate over the long term (Tee and Ong [2016]).The purpose of this research is to analyze by using the method of time series analysis how the promotion of cashless conversion affects economic activity. In the existing research, it is analyzed using only countries where cashless is not advanced sufficiently. In this research, we analyze whether there is a stable causal relationship between cashless and economic activities by including countries where cashless progress has been made in the analysis country.
