企業におけるデータの利活用状況の推移と課題

Abstract

今後、社会において、人工知能（AI）やIoT（Internet of Things）、ロボティクス活用の重要性が叫ばれている。製造業やサービス業を対象とした様々なITサービスも普及し始めており、企業におけるデジタル化の取り組みが進みつつある。この根底にあるのは各種の「データ」の活用であるが、とりわけ中小企業においては、取り組みを阻害する様々な要因のもと、デジタル化に対し「幻滅期」に陥っている可能性がある。本研究では、2015年、2016年、それに2018年に実施したアンケート結果をもとに、企業におけるデータ利活用等デジタル化の進展状況（推移）を明らかにし、取り組みに対する成果について意識調査を行った。その結果を報告する。

The aim of this study is to reveal the trends and disincentives of data utilization in enterprises. In the society where digitalization progresses more and more, utilizing Artificial Intelligence(AI), IoT(Internet of Things)and Robotics will become even more important.

As various IT solutions are beginning to spread through manufacturing and service industries, the digitization of business processes is accelerated.

However, due to several factors to interfere their activities, especially small-to-medium-sized enterprises can be caught in “Trough of Disillusionment". To test this hypothesis, I first performed questionnaire surveys in 2015, 2016 and 2018, proving the trend of digitalization like data utilization by enterprises.

Second, I executed attitude surveys of their outcomes.
