GEM を用いた浜松地域における起業家意識に関する研究

Abstract

浜松地域では従来から「やらまいか精神」とよばれる、考えを積極的に行動に移していくという精神がある。この精神により当地域は、多くの起業家を生み出したと考えられている。本研究はGlobal Entrepreneurship Monitor(GEM)で行った調査を緩用し、静岡県浜松市の在住職者の起業意識を調査、分析することで、当地域アントレプレナーシップの特徴を明らかにすることが目的である。具体的には、当地域における起業意識調査を行いその結果を考察する。また当地域と他地域の起業意識に関する調査結果を比較し、考察する。本稿では、2018年7月度に当地域で実施した起業意識調査データ分析から推察される当地域の起業意識の特徴を速報する。

In Hamamatsu, people have conventionally had a spirit called “Yaramaika" to execute their ideas. Having the spirit, a lot of entrepreneurs have started business in the area. The purpose of this research is to find features of the regional entrepreneurship in the area, employing the Global Entrepreneurship Monitor (GEM). We conduct a survey on entrepreneurial mind in the area and analyze the collected data. And, we compare the survey result in this area with the one in other areas. This paper quickly deduces the characteristics of the entrepreneurial mind in the area through discussion on the survey result in July 2018.
