発注者と受注者のスキル・意識の違いがシステム開発に及ぼす影響

Abstract

本稿では、システム開発に係わる発注者・受注者に対してアンケート調査を行い、双方のスキル・資格・経験と相互に対する意識を把握し、それがシステム開発のプロセスおよび結果に与える影響を分析している。

分析結果から、発注者の経験・スキルが不足している一方、開発者の経験・スキルは以前よりも高まっており、そのギャップが拡大していること、それが開発プロセスでのコミュニケーションを阻害しシステム開発に影響していることが分かった。

システム開発を円滑に進め十分な成果を得るためには、発注者側のスキル・経験を高めていくことが重要である。

This report based on a survey seeks to understand each party's skill, qualifications, and experience, as well as their awareness of the presence or lack of such attributes in the other party. I analyze the effects of the information obtained in the survey on the results and process of system development. The results of the analysis show that, while the experience and skill of the client is consistently insufficient, the contractors experience and skill are higher than in the past. The widening of this gap affects system development by impeding communication during the development process. It is therefore important to increase client-side skill and experience to ensure the smooth progression and obtain the full benefits of system development.
