経営理念の浸透と社員の自律性に関する研究

Abstract

経営理念の浸透はグローバル化とそれに伴う社員の多様化に伴い、現代においては大変むずかしい難しいものである。

本発表ではどのような社員が経営理念について理解し、行動を起こしているのかをアンケート調査により考察した。

In the present day, it is very difficult to influence the company's mission statement to employees due to globalization and diversification.
In this presentation, we researched what kind of employees understood and behave based on mission statement by questionnaire survey.
