事業リスクとマネジメントフレームワークに関する考察

Abstract

組織の仕組みを構築するに際し，既存のマネジメントフレームワークを適用することは，組織構築の効率化に寄与すると共に，様々な効果も得られる。得られる効果の１つが事業リスクの低減である。本研究では、事業リスクの低減に、マネジメントフレームワークの１つであるISOマネジメントシステムが寄与するかを確認するため、有価証券報告書を分析した。その結果、ISOマネジメントシステムが品質リスクやセキュリティリスク等、企業が事業リスクと認識している場面で活用され開示されていることを見出せ、事業リスクとマネジメントフレームワークについて、筆者なりに見解を見出すことができた。 本論文ではその分析状況を発表する。

Application of the existing management framework in constructing organizational structure contributes to the efficiency of organization construction and various effects can be obtained. One of the effects obtained is to reduce business risk. In this research, in order to confirm whether the ISO management system which is one of the management framework contributes to the reduction of business risk, the securities report was analyzed. As a result, I see that the ISO management system is being utilized and disclosed as a business risk by companies, such as quality risks and security risks, to outlook, business risk and management framework, I was able to find out. We will present the analysis situation in this paper.
