Abstract

デジタル化とは、進歩したIT（デジタル化技術）を用いてモノや人の振る舞いに関するデータを収集し解釈して何らかの意味を探知し適切に対処することである。デジタル化のもとでは、様々なサービス提供者が共存共栄のエコシステムを形成し、顧客への価値を最大化するように、既存のビジネスを進化させるデジタル変革が多くの企業に求められる。本稿では、デジタル変革を可能にするイネーブラーとは何かを検討し、従来のITガバナンスの改訂版としてデジタルガバナンスの全体像を示す。

A Definition of Digitization is ‘Using progressive IT, Gather & Interpret Data of things and human, Find implications, and Control suitably'. Digital Transformation is necessary for many companies that changes old business in order to build ecosystem for mutual benefit with other service providers and maximize value for customers. This paper examines the Enablers of Digital Transformation, and shows whole image of Digital Governance that is the new edition of IT Governance.
