Abstract

デジタルトランスフォーメーションはデジタル化する社会において新しい顧客経験価値を提供する活動であるが、その実装にあたっては第3のプラットフォームを利用することが一般的である。すなわち、自らIT資産を保有するのではなく、種々のプラットフォームをうまく組み合わせて利用するという形態へと本格的に変革することになると予想される。この点について、実際の実装モデルを設計することによって検証するとともに、マネジメント対象としてのIT資産の範囲がどのような変わるのかも明らかにしていく。

Digital Transformation is an initiative to create new customer experiences in the digital society, and when a company deploy these new services, it is common to use 3rd platform effectively. It means they'll shift from owning software to using SaaS in a smart way.
By designing an actual deployment model, we show this shift is unavoidable, and then objects for IT management will change.
