品質工学のT法による来店客数の予測

Abstract

中食産業において、来店客数の予測は重要である。もし来店客数の予測が可能となれば、食品の廃棄ロスの削減につながるからである。本研究では、品質工学のT法を用いて、曜日などの日付データから、来店客数の予測を試みた。我々は、来店客数の実績値と予測値に強い相関があることがわかり、その一致率は82%（1-誤差平均/実績平均）であった。さらに、来店客数の予測に有効な特徴項目が明らかになった。

In the home meal replacement industry, forecasting the number of customers is important. If it is possible to forecast the number of customers, it will be possible to reduce the loss of food waste. In this study, we attempted to estimate the number of customers from the date data such as the day of the week by using the T-method in quality engineering. We found a strong correlation between the actual and the estimated number of the customers, with a match rate of 82%. Moreover, the feature items of the date data effective for the number of customer estimation were revealed.
