国内における医療機器開発のハードルを越えるための取り組みに関する研究

Abstract

医療機器開発において研究開発から販売まで，様々なハードルがある．主な医療機器開発のハードルとして，医師との関係構築，規制を考慮したデザイン及びシステム開発，安全性と有効性の保証，販売後の安全対策などが挙げられる．特に，最近では，規制変化により，規制を考慮せずに開発を行うのは難しい．また，必要とされるニーズ探索も医療現場から見出す必要がある．そこで本研究では，医療機器開発のハードルを越えるための取り組みについて調査する．また，医療現場からのニーズ探索の方法論開発の取り組みについても報告する．

There are various hurdles from R&D to sales in medical device development. The main hurdles in medical device development include relationship building with doctors, design and system development in consideration of regulations, assurance of safety and effectiveness, and after-sales safety measures. In particular, due to the regulation changes, it is difficult to develop without considering regulations. In addition, it is necessary to find out the needs from the medical field. Therefore, in this research, we investigate into the approach to overcome the hurdles of medical device development. In the presentation, we will give the presentation about the development of the methodology for the needs search from the medical field.
