Abstract

北米の不動産テック企業への大型投資が相次ぎ、不動産物件の流動性が高まってきている。
デジタル写真に埋め込まれたイグジフをもとに、物件調査のファクトシート制作をを画期
的に簡略化するクラウドサービス「写真一発XYZ」を開始した。本事例報告では、不動産
テックのトレンドと日本の不動産ビジネスの課題を説明した後に、写真一発XYZのデモン
ストレーションを行う。その上で、経営革新の効果と今後の展望を語る。
