AI・ロボット技術による介護現場の問題の解決方策に関する考察

Abstract

日本の高齢化が進んでおり、介護の需要が大きくなることが予想されている。介護の現場で存在している問題点は想像以上に複雑である。近年、AI、ロボットなどの技術が急速に発展している。技術を整合し活用すれば介護者と要介護者の心理的、身体的な問題が解決できる可能性がある。本研究ではAI、ロボット、データ分析などの技術に関して、現状の趨勢を把握する。その上で、異常の局面、サポートへの要求と技術の関連性を整理し、介護のフローを明確にする。さらに、介護の現場の視点から、既存の技術あるいは将来的に開発される技術を活用することで介護問題の解決方策ならびに技術のボトルネックを指摘する。

As the population is aging rapidly in Japan, the demand of nursing care continues to grow. The problems in the elder-care workplaces are more complex than expected. Recently, technologies such as AI and robots have been rapidly developed. Integrating and utilizing technologies may solve the psychological and physical problems of caregivers and care recipients. In this research, we grasp the current trends of AI, robot and other related technologies. In addition, we clarify the flow of care by organizing the relationship between abnormal situations, demand of supports and related technologies. Furthermore, from the viewpoint of nursing care, we aim to find solution methods for the care problems by utilizing existing technologies or future technologies as well as the indication of the bottleneck.
