日本的生産システムのベトナム拠点への移転に関する研究

Abstract

最近、企業の利益の拡大のため、多くの日本企業はベトナムに進出し、生産移転を行っている。しかし、ベトナムと日本の違いにより、生産移転がうまく行けない。そのため、日本からベトナムへの生産移転の問題点，そして，その成功ポイントを明らかにすることを研究目的とする。その目的を達成するため、ベトナムで勤務経験のある駐在員の5人にインタビューした。国文化、コーポレートガバナンス、駐在員と現地人材の４つの要素が見つけ、ベトナム人のマネジャークラス向けアンケート調査を行う。集めたデータはSPSSで因子分析を行い，研究モデルの有意性を検査する.有意性のある仮説は次のステップの回帰分析と分散分析を行い，相関関係を解釈する.

To increase business profits, Japanese companies have been investing in Vietnam. Unfortunately, the efficiency of these investments has been affected badly due to the differences in business environment between Japan and Vietnam. Hence, this research focused on figuring out critical success factors involved in JPS transference and suggesting some possible improvements. This study has been conducted as follows: 5 companies having subsidiaries in Vietnam were interviewed to form the hypothesis. A survey with 4 main factors including national culture, governance, Japanese representative's roles, and Vietnamese employee will be performed on Vietnamese manager class to test the formed hypothesis. Factor analysis, regression analysis and the analysis of variance on SPSS will be used to identify the factor affecting implement JPS in Vietnam subsidiaries.
