IT‐CMFを利用した大学図書館のIT活用能力調査

Abstract

大学図書館はデジタル化が進んでいる、電子図書の提供ばかりでなく、ラーニングコモンズのようなITによる学習環境の提供が行われている。図書館の電子化は、コスト削減、スペース削減などメリットがある。電子図書館は、PBLのような学生による自主的な学習を支援することができる。しかし、それを推進するには、大学図書館組織のITに対する能力の問題が存在する可能性がある。そこで本研究では、東京都市大学を事例に、図書館組織のIT能力を分析する。組織のIT活用能力を分析するフレームワークとしてIT－CMFが提案されている。このIT－CMFに基づき図書館にアンケート調査する。これにより大学図書館として必要なIT能力を洗い出す。

University libraries are computerized. Many libraries provide not only e-journals and e-books, but also a learning environment using IT such as Learning Commons. Library digitization has many benefits, such as cost savings and space savings. An e- library can support students' voluntary learning such as PBL. However, to promote it, there may be some problems with the university library organization's IT capabilities. In this study, as a case study, we analyze IT capabilities of the library organization of Tokyo City University. IT-CMF has been proposed as a framework to analyze IT capabilities of an organization. A questionnaire survey is conducted to the university library based on IT-CMF. We identify the necessary IT capabilities as a university library.
