技術的負債への具体的な対応策の検討

Abstract

経済産業省から発表されたDXレポートでは、日本企業のレガシーシステムが技術的負債となりDX（デジタルトランスフォーメーション）の阻害要因にとなるとの指摘がなされているものの、その具体的な対応策については言及されていない。DXへの対応において既存システムの扱いについては欧米でも同様に重要課題とされており、MIT SloanからはDesigned for Digital というコンセプトでアーキテクチャ成熟度ステージの発展形として5 Building Blocksというフレームワークが紹介されている。本論ではこの5 Building Blocksを紹介し、既存システムを技術的負債とさせないための具体的な方策について検討する。

In METI's ‘DX report' existing enterprise systems are said will become technical debts that prevent companies from adopting Digital Transformation, but no practical solution is described. How to deal with existing systems is also a big issue for digital transformation in western countries, MIT Sloan shows a new framework called '5 Building Blocks' with the concept of
'Designed for Digital'.
In this paper, we will introduce '5 Building Blocks', and consider a practical method that prevent existing systems from becoming technical debts.
