業界誌テーマの変遷から捉えた日本での情報システム問題認識の特徴

Abstract

情報システムは人々の組織的活動と共に立ち現れ、組織や社会の成立に不可欠な基盤を形成する。しかもその捉え方は、組織や社会を構成する人々の解釈や見方といった文化や社会的意識に強く影響される。それ故に、情報システムおよびそれを巡る問題の認識は組織や社会によって異なり、情報システムデザインの視点や取り組み方も異なるものと考えられる。そこで本研究では、日本での情報システムに関する業界誌の代表的存在である「日経コンピュータ」で取り上げられてきたテーマを日本社会で焦点が当てられた情報システム問題と捉え、その歴史的変遷の概観を通して、日本社会でのその問題認識や取り組み方の特性について考察する。

Information System (IS) is emerged within the organizational activities of people. And it is an infrastructure indispensable to formation of an organization and a society. And the view and framework of IS are strongly depending on the culture and consciousness of people who constitute an organization and society. Therefore, the recognition of IS and its problems differs by organizations and societies, and also the viewpoint and approaches of an information system design differs. This paper discusses the characteristics of Japanese IS problems that focused on the recognition and design through the historical survey of "Nikkei computer" which is the typical IS commercial magazine in Japan.
