日本の生産性向上のための一提案

Abstract

最近では、北米企業と比較すると,日本企業の生産性は低くなっている.
情報を正しく共有しないと,毎日会議に反映され,時間がかかり,生産性の低下,作業者の作業に十分な時間の不足,および不適切なソリューション設計の原因となる. 情報の共有方法や文書が利用できないことを知らないという問題は,日本の生産性をますます低下させることになる.
説明された選択肢のいくつかを飛ばして,企業ネットワークが生産性を高めるのにどのように役立つかについての研究がある.
本稿では,生産性を向上させる方法,サーバー内で優れた企業ネットワークを構築する方法,および問題を回避する方法について提案する.

Recently, by comparison to North American companies, Japanese companies productivity is lower. Not share information correctly will be reflected in meetings every day, it takes a long time, and will cause bad productivity, not enough time for workers tasks, and bad solution design. The problem of not knowing how to share information and unavailability of a document will cause Japanese productivity to be increasingly low.
There are studies about how companies network is helpful to raising productivity skipping some of the explained options.
This paper proposes one of the possible options for how to improve productivity, how to build a good corporate network in the server, and how to avoid problems.
The present master's thesis explains about above topics.
