Abstract

生産性向上のためにＩＴ活用が進み、さらに機械学習、画像処理、音声処理、自然言語処理等の技術にもとづくＡＩ活用が注目されている。しかし、その担い手としてのＩＴ人材・ＡＩ人材は、経済産業省によれば日本の産業で２０３０年にＩＴ人材は約７９万人不足、ＡＩ人材は約３０万人不足と試算されている。そのような中、地域の中小企業において、ＩＴ・ＡＩ人材の確保や育成の現状や取組についての報告は見当たらない。本報告では、浜松の中小企業の実務家から自社のＩＴ・ＡＩ人材の確保や育成の取り組みと課題の報告を受け、研究会メンバーと意見交換する。これにより、中小企業におけるＩＴ・ＡＩ人材育成の示唆を得ることが期待される。

According to estimates by Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry, Information Technology (IT) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) human resources will have quite shortage in Japanese industry in 2030. The condition and efforts relating human resource development for IT and AI in small and medium‒sized firms of Japanese local area has been not found. In this report, presenters from the firms of small and medium‒sized firms in Hamamatsu area in Japan report efforts relating human resource development for IT and AI, and the participants of this study group exchange views on finding about their reports with presenters. As a result of this report, suggestions about how to develop human resource of IT and AI will be obtained.
